Absolutely amazing every step of the way. Forrest is THE customer service rep who is genuinely in your corner the whole time. The incredible mechanics go above and beyond with every repair and are there to explain the process when it’s all over. I highly recommend this place for transmission and full car care. Amazing!!
Forest Williams was outstanding very knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to talk to. I brought my Lexus IS250 in because I thought I might be having transmission issues and wanted a second opinion. David Martin, the owner, personally took the car for a test drive, connected a scan tool, and thoroughly checked everything out at no charge. He reassured me that my transmission was in great shape. It’s hard to find honest mechanics these days, but AAMCO Transmission earned my trust. If you’re looking for a shop that’s knowledgeable, transparent, and genuinely cares about its customers, I highly recommend them. I’ll definitely be returning for any future automotive needs.
This location is one of the best, and the people here are great. Huge shoutout to Forrest, the gentleman there who went above and beyond to help take care of my car's transmission. I recommend this location and this company if you ever need your car's transmission replaced.
Really good customer service and communication
I had a next day trip and Forrest took time out of his busy schedule to run a FREE diagnostic on a clock, and let me know what I needed to do and reassure me about the issue I had so I could make my sister's wedding. I will be using AAMCO Phoenixville from now on. Thank you so much. :)
