The people at the Phoenixville Aamco are so helpful and kind. My car was acting weird so it was towed here where it was diagnosed with a bad transmission. I asked 40 million questions and they were all answered thoroughly without making me feel rushed or like I was annoying them. I ultimately decided to not repair the vehicle, and I was not met with any sort of pressure to change my mind. I appreciated their willingness to make sure I understood what the options were and when I decided I wasn't going to spend money they respected my decision. Good people work here! Very good experience. Had a truck that wouldn’t move into 4WD. They assessed it accurately, repaired it promptly and delivered it at a very reasonable price. I’ll be back! Update: I had an auto emergency (emptied the Transmission fluid, thinking it was oil?! Btw, be careful when you change oil on a Subaru. Confusing). Justin got me in right away, refilled the oil and transmission fluid. Explained things thoroughly. All that at a very reasonable price. Just a decent guy running an excellent business. Will be back!
They did the required work for a fair price without recommending any unnecessary work. This is an honest and competent shop. I'll go back when needed
