I have had several visits with AAMCO for work on different cars and each time, they were courteous, and straightforward with their initial assessments of issues. There were no surprises introduced during the process and the work was delivered within timeframes promised. Prices seemed reasonable for the work performed (rebuilt transmission - which I expected was the work to be performed before going to AAMCO, state inspections on Toyotas and VW EOS, and actually fixing a problem caused by another Garage - for which the other Garage could not identify the issue). Turns out the other Garage actually broke something and couldn't identify the fact that they broke something while performing their service. It took AAMCO about 30 minutes to identify the issue that was fixed by noon that day. Needless to say - very pleased
They were great!! Got me in quickly, explained everything so that I understood what needed work and are trying to give me the best price they can so that the repairs needed are able to be completed. The gentleman at the front desk was kind and very patient. Best experience that I have ever had at a mechanics shop!
