Justin was very honest and transparent with service and options to resolve my vehicles issue. Service was very efficient I had my vehicle back the same day. I will use and recommend them again.
David was very professional from the minute I walked in the door. Explained my situation with the issue I was having, he had a technician look and test drive vehicle. Within 15 minutes I had answers and options for a plan for possible repairs. I felt comfortable with the diagnosis and repair options, wasn't pushed into anything or sold any unneeded repairs. Very flexible on appointments. Staff was friendly and showroom was available to wait while they are working on your vehicle. I highly recommend them for transmission diagnosing. Will update after they have vehicle overnight to simulate an issue.
